Working independently across two venues to ensure our properties remain safe, clean and welcoming for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- General building maintenance and minor repairs
- Painting, patching, silicone sealing and touch-ups
- Basic plumbing and maintenance tasks
- Replace light globes, ceiling tiles and hardware
- Assemble and install furniture and equipment
- Mow lawns, whipper snip and maintain gardens
- Weed, prune, pressure clean and tidy outdoor areas
- Maintain outdoor furniture and smoking areas
- Remove cobwebs, rubbish and debris
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Identify and report maintenance requiring contractors
