Job Scope
- Ensure adequate technical and application support by intervening with Customers promptly and professionally.
- Starting from the pre-installation phase, retrieve the necessary information in order to manage, follow and develop the activities related to the installation and the entire post-sales cycle of Field.
- Comply with company procedures in order to contribute to the optimization of resources and in compliance with the work of other company entities.
