Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Tempo parziale Compensation Analyst to join its Global Compensation team. The role can be based at Aptar Chieti or performed remotely, with a 50% work schedule.
You will support compensation strategy, analysis and governance across EMEA, benchmark jobs, prepare reports, and assist with market pricing and bonus processes. Strong data and Excel skills required.
