CBTalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote role based in Portugal. You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases to improve the customer experience.
Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates, and candidates must be based in Portugal or be willing to relocate. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills expected.
