As a Junior BIM Infrastructure Specialist for Major Projects at Arup, you will:
- Understand and implement Arup’s BIM Strategy and ensure compliance with project BIM standards across all projects.
- Be part of an international team, working collaboratively on major infrastructure projects.
- Produce and manage high‑quality 3D models and drawings throughout all project stages.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work, in accordance with Arup and project standards.
- Continuously develop on the job and with bespoke BIM and digital trainings.




- Support the implementation of automation and digital innovation.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about digital, BIM and megaprojects.

We Also Value
- Recognized qualification in engineering, design, drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in infrastructure projects, contributing to more complex projects and demonstrating competence in both technical drawing production and BIM modeling.
- Skills and experience in the following applications: AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit. Infraworks would also be positively considered.
- Developing interest in one or more of the following applications: Tekla, Solibri, Clarity, ACC/BIM360, Rhino & Grasshopper, Trimble Connect, and BCF collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- At least good level of both English and Italian.
