The Senior Manager Project Controls requires an in-depth understanding of Project Controls concepts, theories, principles, and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. The Senior Manager of Project Controls must be able to apply industry standards to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence process improvements. The Senior Manager of Project Controls is required to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that negatively impact the organization. Decisions made by the Senior Manager of Project Controls should be guided by internal policies, best practices, budgets, and the business plan.

Responsibilities
Key Task and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Project Controls activities throughout the EPFCI project lifecycle
- Must have a thorough understanding of the contract requirements of the project they are assigned to
- Provide planning supervision and direction
- Directly work with the Project Manager/Director to provide visibility into the project schedule, its status, forecast completion dates, and provide alternatives in cases where mitigation is required
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost control strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeho
