Six Senses Rome is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in delivering luxury dining experiences. The role focuses on staff leadership, menu execution, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Ideal candidates will have Italian and English language skills, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a track record in luxury hotel gastronomy. Annual gross salary ranges from €30,000 to €35,000.
