Job Title: F&B; Coordinator Intern

Department: F&B;

Reports to: F&B; Director, Assistant F&B; Director

Job Overview

The intern will be placed in the Food & Beverage department and will have the opportunity to have a complete view of the department management by carrying out the following activities:
- Menu engineering;
- Analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs;
- Preparation of the monthly rota for the F&B; departments;
- Management of F&B; staff (coordination of departmental tasks and management of employee leave);
- Management of the department's correspondence and the commitments of the F&B; Director;
- Candidate selection activities for the F&B; department in collaboration with Human Resources;
- Support to the F&B; Director in job interviews;
- Support to the Human Resources office in organizing training activities;
- Hostess requisition;
- Implementation of a customer database system for F&B;
- Quotes and P.O.;
- Sourcing equipment for events;
- E-mail Booking;
- CR (Central Reservation) – Phone bookings;
- Menu printing;
- ODS printing;




- Insertion and modification of items in Micros;
- F&B; Manager Meeting Agenda;
- Voucher Creation.

During this internship experience, the intern will be able to acquire diverse skills. They will learn to be proactive, quick, and timely in responding to the various needs of the department, addressing any last-minute requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Preferably specialization course or Master

Skills
- Polite; responsible; organized (capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time)
- Precise and determined
- Strong inclination for teamwork
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility in working hours
- Spirit of collaboration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
