Responsibilities
- Answer phone, forward calls as needed.
- Welcome suppliers, clients, and couriers.
- Manage vehicle fleet (service, revisions).
- Collect and enter data into Excel files.
- Verify incoming materials.
- Handle maintenance contracts.

Ideal Profile
- Proficiency in Excel, general Office suite and Internet navigation.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
