We are looking for a Data Admin for client company in the Aerospace industry
Responsabilità
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Enter data from various sources into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Copying, printing and scanning files and generating reports.
- Filing documents in the Library.
- Troubleshooting processing errors.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
- Testing new database systems and software updates.
- Interacts with clients as well as team members regarding data input.
Skill e Professionalità
- High School Diploma Tecnico Aeronautico
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new database systems quickly and accurately.
Agevolazioni
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.
- Expected hiring with contract type: Temporary agency contract starting 1 year, with possibility of future direct hiring/internalization within the client company.
- CCNL Commercio – Level 3 Impiegati – Gross annual salary of around €28.000.
- Worklocation: Rome, Torvaianica area.
