Antal International is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits in Europe. The role focuses on extracting and analyzing compensation data, ensuring data quality, and supporting global C&B; projects.
You will improve salary structures across countries, support incentive plans, and assist with the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
