Four Corners seeks a Head of HR to lead the People & Culture function during a major transformation. The role reports to the Country CEO, heads a 4-person HR team, and drives the HR agenda across Italy’s extensive retail store network.
The incumbent will guide change management, culture development, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Based in Varese, the role requires 10+ years in HR leadership, deep retail knowledge, and fluent English.
