Fler is seeking a curious, analytical, and creative Product Innovation & Marketing Specialist to drive future launches from concept to market. You will own the development process, coordinate suppliers, define pricing and positioning, and lead go-to-market activities while collaborating with marketing and sales.
The role sits at the crossroads of Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, reporting to the CEO. Based near Milan, you should be office‑based at least 3 days weekly.
