We are looking for a PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across our H&W; Region.
In this strategic leadership role,
you will be responsible for shaping project governance, strengthening project management capabilities, and driving the successful delivery of key business initiatives across Italy, France, and the UK. You will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and execution, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
What You'll Do
As PMO Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Service, and Regional Leadership teams.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Inspire, coach, and develop a multicultural team of Project Managers located across Italy, France, and the UK. Foster collaboration, ownership, and professional growth within the team. Champion a strong "Make It Happen" mindset, promoting accountability, agility, and customer focus.
