Lead and strategize on design direction of the product

~ Be familiar with user research methods and have the capability to turn large research studies into actionable insights.

~ Drive design/usability audits and heuristic evaluations.

~ Visualize, design and conceptualize the user experience.

~ Have great communication and presentation skills, be an active listener and be able to represent the users’ needs as well as gather user requirements.

~ Possess a solid understanding of design research methodologies.

~ Create detailed wireframes, define interaction specifications and build clickable prototypes.
