The job This is an excellent opportunity to launch and grow your career in technical support within one of the world's leading industrial software companies.
You will join a talented and supportive team of professionals who are passionate about helping customers get the most out of AVEVA's Simulation software. You will complete a thorough onboarding and training programme before taking on your own customer cases, with continuous guidance and mentoring from experienced colleagues. Over time, you will build deep expertise in AVEVA's Simulation portfolio, develop strong customer relationships, and grow into a trusted technical advisor. Complete our structured onboarding and training programme to build a solid foundation in AVEVA Simulation products, including AVEVA Process Simulation, PRO/II, and Dynamic Simulation.
Support customers in their day-to-day use of AVEVA Simulation products, responding to technical enquiries with guidance from senior team members where needed.
Develop your troubleshooting skills by reproducing customer problems, analyzing simulation models, identifying potential causes, and collaborating with senior engineers, Product Management, and R&D; teams when required.
