Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team
Coordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability
Collaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution
Monitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions
Act as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues
Lead technical governance meetings
Lead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects
Perform expert-level troubleshooting in complex multi-vendor enterprise environments
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents
Ensure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes
Required skills
~8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network and Security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role
~ Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects
~ Strong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF)
~ Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN)
~ Strong customer-facing and communication skills
~ Experience working in international enterprise environments
~ Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required
