Your Role

As an HSE Supervisor , you will play a critical role in driving Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence across the site. Acting as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, you will ensure compliance with HSE standards, promote continuous improvement, and support leaders in building a strong and sustainable safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and improving HSE Management Systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HSE requirements.
- Leading risk assessments and implementing preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.
- Monitoring HSE performance through leading and lagging indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Influencing and supporting leadership teams to integrate safety into everyday decision-making.
- Promoting employee engagement, hazard reporting, stop-work authority, and a proactive safety culture.




- Representing the site during audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the site HSE team while partnering closely with operational leaders, employee representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the deployment of Group HSE strategy and participating in local and cross-site HSE projects.

Your Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced HSE professional with a strong technical background and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.
You will bring:

- A degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- A recognized Health & Safety qualification, ideally NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- HSE Internal Auditor certification and experience managing audits and compliance programs.
- Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within a manufactur
