Driving profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities while expanding and developing existing customer relationships across Northern Italy.
Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging applications to grow Sibelco's market presence.
Managing commercial negotiations, pricing, and sales activities to achieve revenue, volume, and gross margin objectives in line with business strategy.
Building strong partnerships with Technical Sales and internal stakeholders to commercialize new products and deliver value-added solutions to customers.
Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, visit reports, and market intelligence to support effective planning and business decisions.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial products, ideally minerals, chemicals, construction materials, or similar technical industries.
A proven hunter mentality,



with a track record of generating new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing customer portfolio.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop structured sales plans, prioritize opportunities, and consistently deliver results.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales within technical industries, focusing on driving profitable growth through strategic customer relationship management and market analysis. Proficient in commercial negotiations and sales planning, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
