The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead the Business Strategy & Performance team and drive citywide performance reporting and improvement initiatives. You will oversee KPI development, data-informed decision making, and cross‐department collaboration to align services with City Council priorities.
You will partner with Data Analytics & AI to implement automations, manage multiple projects, and present results to senior leadership.
