Job Description
At Accor, people are at the heart of everything we do.
As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, reporting to the Senior P&C; Operations Business Partner Mediterranean, you will be a trusted partner to a portfolio of managed and franchised hotels. You will work closely with General Managers, hotel teams and ownership representatives to understand their priorities and support their people strategy. You will coordinate the activities included within Accor's operating model and recommend additional services in areas such as recruitment, talent development and learning. Combining HR expertise, a strong service mindset and commercial awareness, you will build trusted relationships and deliver practical solutions that create lasting value for our hotels and their teams.
