Silversea aboard a vessel seeks a Finance Manager to oversee all shipboard financial operations, including guest and crew accounts, payroll, disbursements, inventory and accounting systems, ensuring compliance with policies, standards and audit readiness.
You will lead and train the finance team, manage vessel clearance and port communications, generate voyage and monthly financial reports, and ensure accurate end‐of‐cruise settlements while maintaining guest satisfaction.
