Ensure daily/weekly call with Customers to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business
Provide Customers periodical reports as agreed and required
Where able to get the required commitment from internal functions, ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfillment Lead to support a developed recovery plan to be shared with Customers
Meet with the customers during in presence review
Interact with other function to guarantee the right support and define priorities

Required Qualifications
Master Degree in Management Engineering
Basic experience in Material Planning/Fulfillment roles
Knowledge of SAP and Office
Fluent English and Italian
Team worker
Good oral and written communication
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Demonstrated effective interaction and handle unplanned challenges
