FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Financial Controller, to join HQ Finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, business planning processes across the assigned region(s)/offices.
The role’s key responsibilities are:
FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROL
- Manage monthly closing activities for the assigned areas;
- Perform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results, providing insights on future business performance
- Prepare management Reports for Senior Stakeholders
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure cost control of Opex




- Gather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning.
- Liaise with Diesel Group regional/offices teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor and analyze financial statements
- Analyze results by business/product category to support Business Partners and Finance Community through variance analysis and actionable recommendations

Main interfaces:
You will be part of Diesel HQ Finance Team, reporting to the Global Financial Controlling Manager and will work closely with:
- Regional Controlling teams at a global level;
- Operations and Business Controlling departments;
- Global Sales Planning team.

Requirements:
- 3-5 year experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries.
- Degree in Economics and/or Finance, strong analytical skills and financia
