Key Job Responsibilities

- Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts.
- Support and lead a team, handling administrative work while building and sustaining a strong team culture.
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

A Day In The Life
You’ll work shifts based at one of our operational sites.



Your main focus will be maintaining safety standards within your team and across the site while monitoring and maintaining process efficiency. Each day will involve prioritising routine team‑management and daily operational tasks, as well as individual escalations, process‑improvement work and large‑scale operational contingency planning.
As a key part of the operations team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with business leaders and discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
Basic Qualifications
- Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
