Jobtailor is seeking a digital personalization specialist to support QVC Italy across web and app personalization. You will lead strategy, implementation, and quality control of store personalization initiatives, driving customer engagement and retention.
Work with cross-functional teams to design personalization for key pages, deliver targeted content to segments, and sign off on measures. Mentoring and process improvement are part of the role.
