FTP srl in Formigine is seeking a Service Desk Manager to lead the Service Desk, ensuring top-tier support for our internal organization and international clients, and to drive continuous improvement across workflows.
The role requires 3-5+ years of leadership in IT support, strong ITIL knowledge (certification a plus), fluent Italian and English, and a customer-centric, collaborative mindset. Hybrid work model based in Formigine; salary €40,000–€45,000 per year.
