Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive assistant to support selected Spooners with personal and professional errands, research, and travel planning. You will distill findings into clear reports and manage communications with discretion, taking ownership of small projects from planning to completion.
You’ll be based in Milan, contribute to a demanding environment, and help team members stay focused on strategic priorities.
