We are looking for an R&D; Manager – Payment Systems & Digital Solutions to lead the development of payment systems and digital solutions within our Electronics R&D; Team.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills. She/He will be responsible for driving the development of hardware, firmware, mobile, and cloud-based solutions, leading a team of 3–5 engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to market launch.
This role requires a broad product vision, a hands‑on approach to problem-solving,
and the ability to coordinate both internal resources and external partners in a dynamic and innovation‑driven environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary R&D; team of 3–5 engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth
- Drive the development of payment systems and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy
- Manage Hardware, Firmware, Mobile, and Cloud development projects throughout their complete lifecycle
- Define technical roadmaps, product architectures, and technology choices in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate the integration of embedded devices, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and backend services
- Ensure effective collaboration among Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Product teams to achieve successful product delivery
