The Research and Development team is the beating heart of the Group's innovation. We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services.
In particular, you will:
- Define and guide architectural choices for products, ensuring consistency with platform principles and the evolution toward multi‑tenant SaaS cloud services.
- Translate business and product objectives into sustainable software architectures,



maintaining alignment between strategy, system design, and technical implementation.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to guide the architectural design of domains, services, APIs and events across teams, ensuring systemic coherence and long‑term evolvability of the platform.
- Lead Architecture Reviews, clarify architectural options, risks, and systemic impacts before they become structural constraints.
- Drive the evolution of systems toward modular, interoperable, and extensible architectures, enabling reuse and collaboration across products.
- Contribute to building AI‑enabled products by designing architectures that integrate data, models, and intelligent automation into application processes.
- Operate effectively in environments with legacy systems, production constraints and evolving organisational contexts.
