Tecnimont is looking for Construction and AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) Engineer to join the Construction Engineering Management Function.
The initial assignment will be defined based on the candidate's background, experience and professional interests, with the opportunity to be involved in activities related to both Construction Engineering and Advanced Work Packaging. Within the Construction Function, these disciplines work in close collaboration to ensure that engineering, procurement and construction activities are effectively planned, coordinated and executed. Through exposure to both areas,
the selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of project execution, construction planning and field operations, while building a multidisciplinary skillset within an international EPC environment.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Construction Engineering
- Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction activities throughout the project lifecycle;
- Contribute to the development and review of construction execution strategies, construction methodologies and work sequences;
- Interface with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to ensure construction requirements are properly addressed;
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential constraints and support the implementation of corrective actions;
- Collaborate with construction sites and project teams to improve execution efficiency and productivity;
- Support the analysis of construction performa
