Sealed Air is seeking a Quality/Process Engineer to drive process improvements on our production lines in the Milano region. The role requires hands-on factory floor activity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Applications teams to ensure robust quality controls.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and has experience in plastics/films packaging environments, with a proactive, data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
