Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Specialist with at least 6 years of proven experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full marketing budgeting cycle, ensuring financial alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic coordination across all marketing functions. This role requires strong acumen, project leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Budget Management (360° Ownership)
- Lead the end-to-end marketing budgeting process.
- Collect and consolidate budget inputs from all marketing areas.
- Finalize budget proposals in accordance with the management and prepare comprehensive documentation for Top Management review and approval.
- Conduct periodic monitoring meetings with relevant departments to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Analyze variances and propose corrective actions to ensure financial discipline and optimization.
- Contracts and invoices process Coordination & Control




- Oversee and coordinate invoicing and payment processes in collaboration with the designated marketing resource.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all marketing-related transactions.
- Maintain clear and structured tracking of marketing expenditures.
- Special Projects & Key Account Project Management.
- Manage and coordinate special marketing projects within the Italian market. Where required, coordinate and oversee projects at an international level, ensuring alignment with global stakeholders, consistency of execution, and effective cross-market collaboration.
- Act as the project key account, ensuring alignment among internal teams and external partners.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Support strategic external partnerships and internal cross-departmental initiatives.
