MissionWe are looking for a Project Support Advisor, registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99, to join the Energy Project Control Team within the Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Unit. The role provides operational, administrative and analytical support to Project Managers across the project lifecycle, contributing to the monitoring of costs, timelines, KPIs and quality, and to the smooth day-to-day running of project activities.
Key AccountabilitiesThe successful candidate will work on the Planning and Monitoring Area of Energy Business Line projects and will manage the Project Control activities as explained below.
Project Monitoring & Control
- Support Project Managers in the monthly project closure, checking costs,



progress and consistency of project data
- Contribute to project budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring, helping keep the project baseline up to date
- Follow project KPIs (costs, margin, progress) and flag deviations to the Project Manager

Reporting & Administration
- Extract and consolidate project data from corporate systems to prepare periodic reports and dashboards
- Manage project administrative activities, including purchase requests, contracts and coordination with vendors and partners
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on agreed actions
- Act as a point of contact between the project team and corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, HR)

Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving project control processes, tools and methodologies, promoting shared standards and best practices.

EducationBachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering General
