In this role, you drive the identification and governance of business requirements within BYD's automotive technology domain. You will translate business needs into clear documentation, lead cross-functional reviews, and ensure solutions meet daily operations. You'll oversee UAT, training, and system maintenance across CRM, WMS, SAP, and related modules, contributing to BYD's mission of sustainable mobility. This position offers impact across IT planning and multi-department collaboration, in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
- Identify and document business requirements and oversee requirement reviews
- Validate product solutions against business needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing for products
- Compile system operation manuals and training materials
- Provide system functionality training to users




- Lead IT planning initiatives in the domain
- Manage ongoing system maintenance operations
- Oversee system modules: CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, Dealer API Sales Core System
- 2+ years in a similar role
- deep understanding of business needs and processes
- strong written xivgfpx communication and documentation skills
- good judgement to assess solution alignment with business operations
- ability to manage full lifecycle of requirements and drive cross-department execution
- experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP (automotive preferred)
- bilingual: English and local language; Chinese speaking mandatory
