We are looking for a Founder's Associate to help us grow by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The role:As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to keep the company running smoothly: operationally, administratively, and culturally.
You'll be at the intersection of execution and organization, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while helping shape the processes and rhythms that make us better every week.
In the span of a week, you might focus on:
1) Operations & Coordination:You'll help build a company that works smoothly and scales fast.
- Coordinating projects, ensuring that bottlenecks are avoided and efficiency is maximised
- Managing stakeholders, suppliers and service providers
- Gaining an understanding of what is being done to ensure that nothing goes unseen
