About the roleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Sales Partner Enterprise in the Lazio region. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting healthcare providers with our innovative digital solutions. You will oversee the complete sales process, serving as the main point of contact for Doctolib among medical facilities and healthcare entrepreneurs.

Salary: 47,000 - 57,000 EUR gross per year (including performance bonus)

What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to medical centers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Assess potential leads by pinpointing key decision-makers and understanding their unique operational requirements.




- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the advantages of our solutions for both healthcare staff and patients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring favorable commercial agreements are reached.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients by coordinating with the onboarding team.
- Keep precise records and ensure data integrity within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as conversion rates and the duration of the sales cycle, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or new business development, preferably in the SaaS, technology, or complex product sectors.
- A demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, supported by an uncapped premio structure.
