Demand Acceleration Senior Analyst - SodaStream - South Europe Cluster - Italy - H/FIn this role, you drive demand acceleration and growth strategies across South Europe, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to elevate execution standards. You will leverage analytics to target opportunities, strengthen retailer partnerships, and implement category leadership initiatives. The position focuses on multiple markets (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal) within a dynamic, autonomous setup. You'll contribute to a data-driven commercial transformation that supports sustainable growth and enhanced customer engagement.

- Lead channel-specific demand acceleration strategies across South Europe
- Identify Shopper Value Offer opportunities and translate into actionable execution standards
- Use advanced analytics and data (e.g., Most Valuable Stores, store clustering) for precision targeting




- Develop category leadership initiatives and compelling selling stories (WCCE)
- Define and implement PICOS execution standards across physical and digital retail
- Ensure best-in-class visibility, availability, and conversion; track KPIs and close gaps
- Own the South Europe category leadership across channels and elevate customer relationships
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Trade Marketing, and RGM; collaborate with global DX teams
- Foster agility, innovation, and data-driven decision-making in the team
- Operate with high autonomy, shaping strategy in a multi-market, evolving xivgfpx environment
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, demand generation, or category management
- Strong experience in Perfect Store and retail execution
- Advanced analytics skills; proficiency with Power BI
- Experience in business case development, KPI tracking and performance analysis
- Strong commercial acumen; ability to influence wi
