What You'll Do
Support Italian‐speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) & good English (B2+)
Excellent communication & empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on‐site role in beautiful Lisbon
What You'll Get
1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance bonus (×12 months)
