Role PurposeLead and serves the Engineering organization for TRD RLT, which is responsible to establish, maintain and improve the engineering processes with respect to buildings, equipment, utilities and energy. The Engineering Lead is also responsible to provide provision of engineering related tools and systems (calibration, engineering database, CMMS, Comos)
Responsibility for design, execution and hand-over of investment major projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within area of technical responsibility.
Ensure that equipment, infrastructure, and investment projects are fully operational, meet regulatory GMP and HSE (including radioprotection) compliance through efficient, effective, compliant and innovative maintenance
Responsible for leading the engineering / maintenance organization at site and ensures that equipment, infrastructure, and building are fully operational, meet regulatory-,
GMP -and HSE -compliance and are further developed to meet future requirements.
Main ActivitiesStrategy
- Manage and execute projects in alignment with key local and global stakeholders and ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation
- Responsible for the management/execution of all site investment projects according to asset life cycle management and project schedules, time, cost, functionality, and quality
- Ensure state of the art technical solutions according compliance standards and HSE regulations including radioprotection regulations
- Responsible to develop / maintain Engineering site strategy plan (Capex Plan, recapitalization of equipment, budgeting, etc.) and oversight of its implementation.
