AKTG (Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group) in Milan is seeking a Junior IT Workplace Administrator to support the Milan office and regional EMEA IT Workplace team. You will handle day‐to‐day IT queries and ensure a reliable tech environment for a diverse internal user base across offices, hotels, camps, and river boats.
This role covers 1st/2nd line support, onboarding/offboarding, asset management and software patching, with a focus on documentation and SOP creation for staff.
