Required Research Commitment: The candidate shall focus their research activities on the core themes of Academic Discipline Group 11/PAED-02 (Educational Research, Didactics, Special Education, and Experimental Pedagogy),
Academic Field PAED-02/A (Didactics and Special Pedagogy). Particular emphasis will be placed on processes of inclusion, participation, and educational achievement within educational settings, with a focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive and participatory teaching methodologies. Research interests will also encompass the use of digital technologies to support teaching and learning, as well as the promotion of student well-being, engagement, and cross-cutting skills through evidence-based educational interventions. xivgfpx
