We are in search of a Senior Data Engineer who will be pivotal in designing our advanced data ecosystem and spearheading the shift towards a self-service platform model. This role is integral to enhancing our data capabilities and ensuring that our engineering practices align with our ambitious growth objectives.

Compensation: €51,000 - €66,500 gross annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute a state-of-the-art Data Lakehouse strategy utilizing Amazon Redshift and Redshift Serverless to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Oversee the core dbt framework to facilitate decentralized analytics engineering,



ensuring robust CI/CD processes and thorough testing protocols.
- Coordinate intricate batch and near-real-time workflows through Apache Airflow, enhancing the efficiency of data processing operations.
- Design and expand the Machine Learning platform, focusing on feature store management and the establishment of model training pipelines.
- Manage streaming transformation pipelines using technologies such as Apache Flink or Spark Streaming to support real-time data processing needs.
- Incorporate AI-assisted development workflows, including tools like Claude Code, to streamline engineering tasks and improve monitoring capabilities.
- Supervise managed data ingestion processes via Fivetran and custom-built Python pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
