What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of sales conversations, ensuring clients understand the full potential of our offerings.
- Deliver customized support and design innovative solutions tailored to the technical needs of both existing and prospective clients.
- Create compelling technical demonstrations that effectively showcase the advantages and functionalities of our products.
- Develop and curate technical resources aimed at improving the sales team's capabilities and deepening their technical expertise.
- Design self-service tools and comprehensive documentation to facilitate customer self-implementation of our solutions.
- Identify recurring integration patterns and features that could be standardized, working in tandem with product teams to bring these concepts to fruition.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights that can inform product development and enhance user experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for utilizing our voice AI platform.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
