RINA, a multinational leader in certification, engineering, and consulting services, is looking for candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette) to join its Genoa headquarters.

We welcome applications from candidates at all levels of seniority (junior, mid, or senior), with a background in engineering, administration, or human resources (HR).

Requirements
- Registered (or Eligible for registration) under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)
- Prior experience in structured organizations or consulting firms, supporting technical or operational teams will be considered as a plus.
- Good Level in English both written and spoken
- Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
- Degree or diploma in:
- Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Civil, etc.)
- Administrative disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
- Human Resources or related fields
- Experience, even brief, in supporting activities within:
- Technical or operational teams
- Administrative or back-office functions




- HR areas such as recruitment, training, personnel administration, or development
