Position

Join NHOA Energy and help shape the future of grid infrastructure and energy storage across Europe. As Business Development Manager you will be part of our EMEA team, reporting directly to the VP EMEA, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our High Voltage (HV) Infrastructure and BoP business. With an initial focus on the Italian market, you'll help identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the delivery of solutions that enable the energy transition and grid flexibility.

What you'll do
- Evaluate the Italian HV Infrastructure & BoP market, including customers, competitors, contractors, regulations, and emerging trends
- Identify, qualify, and develop profitable HV & BoP opportunities, leveraging synergies with NHOA's BESS pipeline
