Your Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding our customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
- Manage the entire funnel for existing business: manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews, and perform upsells.
- Work closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company’s product; you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
- Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing), and share useful insights and ideas on defining our processes.
What You’ll Bring
- 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer‑facing role.
- Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
- A constant learning mindset and eagerness to join a rapidly growing startup.
