Quince is seeking a Leather Material Developer to advance material quality, strengthen supply chain consistency, and build a centralized Leather Library across our handbag and accessory lines. You will define standards, benchmark premium leathers, and collaborate with design, QA, and sourcing teams.
Across global suppliers, you will ensure ethical sourcing, traceability, and sustainable practices while driving innovation and quality for our luxury-forward collections.
