E-Commerce Intern

- Maintain, update and optimize product catalogs on our e-commerce, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including orders, warehouse flows, discounts, and promotions.
- Monitor product availability, troubleshoot listing issues, and ensure accurate marketplace content.
- Conduct competitors scans across advertising and e-commerce to identify growth opportunities and best practices.
- Track campaign performance metrics, prepare weekly reports and dashboards, and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to implement landing page improvements and enhance user experience.
- Support audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing initiatives.
- Work closely with CRM, social media, and trade marketing teams to align acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Support Customer Care team: you won’t handle direct service,



but you’ll learn the processes to assist the team on the e-commerce side.

Requirements
- Or going studies in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, growth strategies, and digital experimentation.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with numbers, KPIs, and spreadsheets.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test new ideas while learning from results.
- Detail‑oriented and well‑organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and experiments at once.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/Google Ads, and CRO tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Interest in exploring how AI can support day‑to‑day activities in both e‑commerce operations and advertising.
