illycaffè, an Italian company founded in Trieste, seeks a Jr Coffee Chemist to join our Scientific Department. You will support applied research into innovative extraction techniques and analysis of chemical compounds in coffee.
The role involves sample preparation, LC-MS/HPLC work, data interpretation for internal reports, patents and papers, and applying statistics and chemometrics to results.
